I’ve been there before. You’re so close to a situation that you can’t see it clearly.
We’re so invested in what’s happening that we can’t take a step back and get some perspective. That’s why it’s so important to have someone in our life who can act as a sounding board, someone who can help us see things from a different perspective.
Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen to us and offer impartial advice. Other times, we need someone to give us a swift kick in the pants and tell us to get our head out of our ass.
Sometimes we just need to take the book off our nose. Maybe life has dealt you some difficult blows and you need help gaining your footing again.

My Credentials:
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#3303) and Supervisor (#3843) in South Carolina.
I completed my Master’s at Clemson University before going on to get my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Copella University.
I am also trained in EMDR therapy and use a range of techniques and strategies to help my clients achieve lasting results.
